NOTICE OF MEETINGS AND PUBLIC HEARINGS

Notice is given that the City of Jonestown Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council will consider action on the following item. The Planning and Zoning Commission meeting will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The City Council meeting will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.

• Consider a request for approval of the River Bend Subdivision Final Plat, generally located north of Farm to Market Road 1431, being 1.0 acres legally described as ABS 2562 SUR 54 COX J A ACR 1.0, more particularly described as Travis Central Appraisal District Parcel 186914, in Jonestown, Travis County, Texas. Notice is further given that the City of Jonestown Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council will hold a public hearing to receive citizen input and consider action on the following item. The public hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The public hearing before the City Council will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.

• A public hearing to receive public input and consider an ordinance of the City of Jonestown, Texas, establishing the Limestone Lookout Planned Unit Development (PUD) on approximately 5.91 acres generally located east of Evergreen Drive and west of Sandy Creek, more particularly described as 5.908 acres out of the Richard W. Craven Survey No. 639, Abstract No. 176, being a resubdivision of Lots 16 through 19, Lots 33 through 41, and Lots 19A, 39A, 39B, 40A, 40B, 41A, and the remainder of Lot 15 of Pecan Terrace, in Jonestown, Travis County, Texas. The proposed PUD would establish a Planned Unit Development (PUD) consisting of residential, agricultural, and limited accessory agritourism uses, together with associated development standards and operational regulations.

Information concerning these requests is available for viewing at Jonestown City Hall, 18649 FM 1431, Suite 4-A, during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
