NOTICE OF MEETINGS AND PUBLIC HEARINGS
Notice is hereby given that the City of Jonestown Planning and Zoning Commission will consider action on the following item. The Planning and Zoning Commission meeting will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
• Consider a request for approval of the Limestone Lookout Replat, generally located east of Evergreen Drive, legally described as 5.908 acres out of the Richard W. Craven Survey No. 639, Abstract No. 176, being a resubdivision of Lots 16 through 19, Lots 33 through 41, and Lots 19A, 39A, 39B, 40A, 40B, 41A, and the remainder of Lot 15 of Pecan Terrace, more particularly described as Travis Central Appraisal District Parcels 186868, 186869, and 186814, in Jonestown, Travis County, Texas.
Notice is further given that the City of Jonestown Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings to receive citizen input and consider action on the following items. The public hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The public hearing before the City Council will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.
• An ordinance of the City of Jonestown, Texas, amending the Carlton Planned Unit Development (PUD) to modify accessory structure placement standards. The proposed amendment would allow enclosed accessory structures to be located in front of the primary residence, subject to applicable design standards, and would apply specifically to The Bluffs [Block A, Block B, and Block D (Lots 1A, 2A, 4, 6-10, 12-15)], as reflected on the plat of record in the Official Public Records of Travis County, Texas (Document No. 200600005).
• An ordinance of the City of Jonestown, Texas, amending Chapter 8 (Offenses and Nuisances) and Chapter 3 (Unified Development Code) to revise regulations related to outdoor amplified sound. The proposed amendment eliminates the permit requirement for routine outdoor amplified sound, establishes permitted hours based on zoning and land use, and requires a Special Event Permit for any outdoor amplified sound associated with a special event, including additional requirements for properties located within the FM 1431 Corridor Overlay District.
• A public hearing to receive public input and consider a request by Local Infusion LLC for a conditional use permit in the B-2 (General Business) District to allow long-term mobile food vendors on property located at 18637 FM 1431, more particularly described as Travis Central Appraisal District Parcels 184388 and 184399, in Jonestown, Travis County, Texas.
Information concerning these requests is available for viewing at Jonestown City Hall, 18649 FM 1431, Suite 4-A, during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
