Flood Recovery Assistance – Debris Removal Program
City of Jonestown – Private Property Debris Removal Program (PPDR)
August 28, 2025: The City of Jonestown is now accepting applications for the Private Property Debris Removal (PPDR) Program. This FEMA-supported program assists residents with the removal of eligible flood-generated debris from private property.

- In-Person Assistance: A Tetra Tech representative is available at Jonestown City Hall to help residents complete their applications.
Eligible Debris Includes:
- Vegetative debris
- Construction & demolition debris
- White goods (appliances)
- Household hazardous waste
This program is offered at no cost to eligible participants.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON BUDGET
Pursuant to the Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 102, notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Jonestown, Texas, will conduct a public hearing to obtain the views of the citizens regarding the proposed budget for the fiscal year October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026. The public hearing will be held on August 26, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. at the City Council Chamber located at 18649 FM 1431, Suite 3A, Jonestown, Texas. Following the public hearing on August 26, 2025, the Jonestown City Council may vote on the adoption of a budget for Fiscal Year 2025 - 2026. The public is encouraged to attend. A copy of the proposed budget is available at the Jonestown City Hall, 18649 FM 1431, Suite 4A, Jonestown, TX and posted on the City’s website at www.jonestowntx.gov.
